Cookie and technology disclosure

CyberPrimer uses limited browser and service technologies to operate, secure, and remember authorized use of the platform.

Essential technologies

CyberPrimer may use session cookies, one-time sign-in state, security tokens, anti-abuse controls, and local browser storage needed for authentication, organization isolation, security, navigation, and user-requested preferences.

Payments and email

When payments are enabled, Stripe may use its own essential fraud-prevention and checkout technologies on Stripe-controlled pages. Resend and Microsoft 365 may process delivery and operational-message data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Simulation and training events

Authorized training and email-threat simulations may record delivery, opening, link-interaction, response, completion, and scanner-filtering events for organization reporting. CyberPrimer simulations are designed not to collect real passwords or authentication credentials.

Session replay and error diagnostics

The application may use a first-party session-replay recorder to reproduce technical failures and identify repeated rapid clicks. Inputs are masked, sensitive areas are blocked, recording is skipped on checkout and legal pages, and replay identifiers are connected to severity-based error records through correlation IDs. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals disable recording.

Analytics and advertising

CyberPrimer does not currently describe third-party behavioral advertising as part of the service. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this disclosure and any required consent controls will be updated before those technologies are enabled.

Browser controls

Blocking essential cookies or storage may prevent sign-in, security controls, or portal features from working. Questions about a specific technology or request can be sent to admin@insightbiztech.com.
