Privacy Policy

CyberPrimer uses the minimum information reasonably needed to operate role-based awareness training, organization administration, evidence records, and support.

Information used

CyberPrimer may process organization identity, business contact information, enrollee name and email, role and department profile, training assignments and results, certificates, policy acknowledgments, support requests, security activity, and billing references.

Purposes

Information is used to authenticate users, tailor and deliver training, maintain organization-scoped evidence, send operational messages, provide support, secure the service, and meet documented retention or deletion instructions.

Reliability diagnostics

CyberPrimer may record privacy-masked interaction replays, technical errors, request correlation identifiers, and repeated-click signals to diagnose failures and confusing interfaces. Form inputs are masked, designated sensitive content is blocked, payment and checkout pages are excluded, and Global Privacy Control or browser Do Not Track signals disable replay recording.

Sharing and sale

CyberPrimer does not sell personal information. Limited service providers may process information for hosting, storage, email delivery, payment processing, and security operations under their applicable terms and safeguards.

Retention and deletion

Records are retained according to the organization’s service lifecycle, recovery settings, and applicable legal or contractual obligations. Only the Global Administrator can perform organization-wide deletion; a limited deletion ledger is retained for accountability. Exact production retention periods are pending final operational approval and will be published before paid launch.

Requests

Managers or individuals may contact admin@insightbiztech.com regarding access, correction, export, or deletion. Identity and authority must be verified before organization records are disclosed or changed.
