Terms of Service

These terms describe the authorized use and current service boundaries of CyberPrimer. Customer-specific order forms or signed agreements control when they expressly conflict.

Authorized use

Organizations may use CyberPrimer for their authorized workforce awareness, training administration, policy acknowledgments, reports, and related evidence. Users must not probe the service, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, or misuse another organization’s records.

Customer responsibilities

The organization is responsible for accurate enrollment information, lawful instructions, manager authorization, internal policies, incident-response arrangements, and deciding how CyberPrimer records are used.

Evidence limitations

Reports, certificates, acknowledgments, dashboards, and insurance packages reflect recorded CyberPrimer activity. They do not by themselves establish compliance, legal sufficiency, insurability, policy coverage, claim acceptance, or an absence of cyber risk.

Support boundaries

Standard support covers the CyberPrimer platform. It excludes emergency incident response, forensic work, legal or compliance advice, third-party administration, and guaranteed response times unless separately contracted.

Availability and changes

Features may evolve to improve security, usability, or service fit. Material changes affecting customer workflows or information practices will be communicated through appropriate manager channels.

Subscriptions and renewal

CyberPrimer may offer monthly and annual subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not create a prorated refund. The published Refund Policy governs the 14-day first-purchase refund window.

Risk and liability boundaries

CyberPrimer reduces awareness and administration gaps but cannot prevent every attack, user error, outage, loss, regulatory finding, or insurance decision. Final paid-launch terms for warranties, liability caps, indemnities, governing venue, and formal notices require completion and legal review before checkout is enabled.
